Tom has over 30 years experience working at 4 successful Cape Cod boat dealerships. Collectively these companies represented 24 top brands. Altogether, 7 different new boat companies awarded their top dealer award to the dealerships at least once during Tom's tenure.Tom has completed hundreds of new boat and brokerage transactions of scores of different brands with a great deal of repeat business. He has a vast network of contacts thru out the industry to reach out to. Tom is an experienced life long boater. In addition to selling he manages the day to day operation of BBYS with customer satisfaction being of the utmost importance.
James is an avid fisherman who is in the process of having his sixth Yellowfin built. Although James owns and runs a successful company outside of the boat business he is an integral part of the BBYS team. He competes in tournaments for us, works the boat shows and with his experiense and factory relationship is a great resource with helping new customers thru the process as well as keeping the rest of the team up to date with the latest developments.
David has been working in the boat business since he was a teenager. He began detailing boats working up to running big boats up and down the coast from Maine to Florida as well as orienting new owners on the operation of their boats. His vast product knowledge was useful in working with the manufactures to complete service and warranty work for customers boats. David was given the opportunity to move to sales for a large dealership located in Jupiter, Fl where enjoyed success. He missed living on the Cape so he decided to return and join BBYS. We are glad to have his knowledge and experience.
Capt. Tommy Mitchell
Mitch grew up on the water and is an accomplished fisherman and captain known for making sure his anglers and passengers have fun and enjoy their experience. Tommy also as a proven track record in sales. He has enjoyed great success in selling boats for several boat dealers on Cape Cod. His loyal customers appreciate his no nonsense approach and vast knowledge. BBYS was quick to team up with Tommy as soon as the opportunity arose.
Scott Zeien is the owner of Kingman Yacht Center which offers 235 slips, 130 moorings, transient services, complete maintenance, refit, repair and repower services, marine electronics sales and installation, fuel, a ships store, yacht club and on-site shopping and dining. Scott came to the boating industry with a sales and marketing background and 20 years of experience in the broadcasting business in sales and sales management. Kingman's model is a membership organization that offers a full range of services to support the boating needs of their members. Above all, Scott insists that this a hospitality business that needs to exceed the expectations of its customers. As a partner in BBYS, Scott takes the same approach as he does with the marina and works hard to ensure a symbiotic relationship between the 2 entities.
